Mattel Deora Gold 1967 Redline Hot Wheels Vintage RL HK

This is a vintage Hot Wheels Redline Deora, identified by its distinctive gold color, aqua glass, and characteristic red stripe on the wheels.
Key Details About This Model
History: Released in 1968, the Deora is part of the legendary "Sweet 16"—the original first batch of 16 castings Mattel manufactured to launch the Hot Wheels line.
Design Origin: The toy is based on a real-life custom mid-engine pickup truck commissioned in 1964 and designed by Harry Bradley.
Missing Elements: This casting originally shipped from the factory with two plastic surfboards (usually one orange and one yellow) fitted into the slots on the black truck bed. Like many surviving vintage models, the boards on this vehicle are currently missing.
Condition Notes: The truck features the signature Redline tires (black tires with a molded red stripe on the sidewall) and a Spectraflame metallic paint finish, showing a typical aged patina from play wear.
